Why Beachbody Coaching!??! My Story!

Today I was sitting and reflecting on my team of coaches and how much we have grown over this last year. I remember sitting here in this same month last year staying up crazy late every night, picking my brain, and trying to do everything I can to make it to the top. I believed I could do it but it still felt like it wasn't real.

Today I sit here 16 months into my business as a 2 star Premiere Beachbody coach and a Success Club 10 All Star. I am going on a cruise next month with my husband, all expenses paid and an extra $1,000 spending money.

One word comes to mind - BLESSED!

I say this over and over again but If I could scream it I totally would - In fact I just might!!

I wanted to share with you a little inside peak of what my life looks like day to day. The normal is my little one sitting next to me enjoying a snack or coloring, I'm enjoying some coffee or a Shakeology, and listening to some personal development or checking in with my challengers. Then I normally log off, spend some time building blocks, playing outside, or coloring together. Once she goes down for a nap I get to work on my business. I really do get the best of both worlds!!

Here is a collection of some posts that I have on my FB page to show you what I do every day! I literally share my fitness journey, inspire others to eat clean, share pictures of my coaches success, post pictures of my girls, and just be a positive influence. I don't do anything fancy. I wasn't a LUCKY DRAW or HIT THE LOTTERY! I literally put in the work each day. Treat this like a BUSINESS instead of a hobby and then show others how to do the same. I have a bachelors degree in Business but Beachbody Coaching IS my job!! I have a degree I don't even use. You don't have to have ANYTHING special to do well in this business. All you need is an open heart, determination, passion, a computer or smart phone, and a drive to follow your dreams.

Now, how did I get started in this whole Beachbody thing and what is it exactly!?!? I made a video for you explaining where I started and how this fell in my lap. I am thankful EVERYDAY for this whole team and thing that just kind of found ME! I really was just a Mom who was looking to loose my baby weight and learn about clean eating. I had no idea I was joining the best team in Beachbody or that I would even become a coach, let alone become a successful coach. However, I did know that I was a stay at home Mom who loved her girls but felt alone, isolated, and that I needed something more. As soon as this opportunity began to blossom I felt alive again!! I was able to be a better Mother, Wife, and Friend. I am able to communicate with ADULTS all day long and sit next to my babies. I have a meaning and a purpose. I know you stay at home Mommy's can relate!! 

Anyways, I'll cut the writing short so you can watch my story, in a little 8 minute nut shell. It has been SUCH an incredible year for my team, and I feel so lucky to be a part of something so GOOD. There is nothing better than serving others and being rewarded in return. 




 If you haven't started your transformation yet!! That's okay! You don't have to have the perfect body, have wash board abs, or be picture perfect. You only need to have a desire to work on yourself daily, help others through their personal weightless journey, and if you follow the principals I teach you - You will have Success. 

Here is a run down of what I do daily as a coach! 

I wake up at 5am to get my workout in, check in with challengers, read/listen to 30 minutes of personal development and get a shower in before my girls wake up. 

I then have breakfast with my girls, walk my oldest to school, and then walk home and watch cartoons with my 2 year old. 

During that time I check e-mails, messages, and post on Instagram while we cuddle. 

I then shut things down for a little bit so that Brooklyn and I can spend some time together playing or cleaning together. 

About 12 pm she goes down for a nap and this is the time I blog, make videos, and create ads/posts to use. 

I then go pick up my oldest from school and together we do homework, cook dinner, and clean up before Daddy comes home. 

Some days I have zoom calls with my apprenticeship coaches and during that time i'll have my girls play outside in the yard. 

We then eat dinner, have baths, and get ready for bed. 

After I get my girls in bed there are a few nights a week I stay up a little extra to work on some things, check in with challengers, and chat with potential challengers. The other nights I take off and watch a movie with the hubs. 

It's all about finding balance in your life. Loving your job but having the freedom to spend time with your family when you want. 

I want to SHOW YOU that you can have this kind of freedom in your life!!

So my commitment to those that are on my team and to those that are joining my team is this ...

T25 5 Day Fast Track Plan

I have a challenge group starting in only ONE day and I'm super excited for them. Since the T25 challenge pack is on sale this month a lot of my challengers jumped on that deal and almost the entire group is committing to 25 minutes a day / 5 days a week with Shaun T and T25.

When you get your T25 program you also get a 5 Day Fast Track Plan that is meant to jump start your results and get you started off in the right direction .. and QUICK!!

Obviously, when you are looking in to this program you are looking to get some SERIOUS RESULTS!! We all are!! I'm the type of person that literally needs someone to tell me exactly what to do step by step. That means every workout move and in the beginning even with my menu planning. This plan is perfect because it tells you exactly what to eat and exactly what workout to do to get the best results in only 5 days. This is really why I love Beachbody so much because they really take the guess work out of everything. No need to guess what to eat or what moves to do it's all laid out for you.  Every single program is laid out this way!! You can't screw up! I no longer have to go to the gym and look like an idiot because I have no idea where to start or if what i'm doing is really going to give me results.

T25 5 Day Fast Track

So what is the 5 Day Fast Track Plan!?!? It's an 1,100 calorie a day plan that contains a healthy balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. You may be a little hungry for the next 5 days. That is totally normal. Remember just because your body wants food doesn't always mean you need food. However, if you are feeling low on energy, lagging in your workouts, or having trouble concentrating you may benefit from a few more calories. You can do this by doubling up on one or both of your daily snacks. 

What to drink!?! Water is BEST!! Caffeine Free herbal tea is also a good option. Coffee is okay with breakfast but skip the milk, sugar, and creamer. Avoid alcohol, sports drinks, juices, and sodas (even diet sodas). 

Once you have completed the 5 day fast track move on to the Focus T25 Nutrition Guide. You can continue to use these recipes but make sure you are getting enough calories. 

The Plan:

Day 1
Workout:  Alpha Cardio

Breakfast:  Raspberry Protein Smoothie
1 cup non fat milk (almond milk)
1/3 c fresh or frozen raspberries
1 scoop shakeology any flavor
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 cup ice (I like less ice so I do just a few pieces)
Blend!!!!!

Am Snack:  Sweet Citrus Yogurt
1/2 c non fat plain yogurt with 2 tsp raw honey and 1 tsp finely grated grapefruit peel.

Lunch:  Chicken and spinach salad
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 medium cucumber, sliced               
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 oz cooked chicken breast, boneless skinless sliced.
Place spinach, cucumber, mushrooms, and carrot in a large bowl and serve with dressing and chicken.

PM Snack:  Turkey Goat Cheese and avocado roll
2 slices of low sodium nitrate free lean turkey breast, spread with 1 tbsp soft goat cheese, topped with 1/2 tsp chopped raw walnuts and 2 thin slices of avocado and rolled up.

Dinner: Grilled Fish Tacos with cabbage citrus slaw
6oz raw cod(flounder or fluke) washed and patted dry
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 (4 inch) corn tortillas
3/4 c shredded raw cabbage
6 springs of cilantro
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/4 medium avocado, cut into 6 slices

Preheat grill or broiler to high.
Grill or broil fish for 3 to 5 min on each side until flakes easily with a fork.  Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.  Place tortillas on a serving plate, top with 1/3 fish, cabbage and cilantro.
Season with lime juice and cayenne, top with 2 avocado slices fold and serve!

Day 2

Workout:  Alpha Speed 1.0


Breakfast:  Silky Almond Smoothie
1/2 c nonfat milk
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk                        
1/4 cup water
1 scoop shakeology, any flavor
1 tbsp all natural almond butter
1 cup ice
Blend

Snack:
1 cup red or green grapes

Lunch:
Avocado Veggie Burger
1 veggie burger patty
1 whole grain hamburger bun1 veggie burger patty
1 whole grain hamburger bun
1/8 medium ripe avocado, mashed
1 tbsp prepared salsa- I like the black bean and corn salsa from Giant Eagle
1/4 medium apple sliced
Preheat grill or broiler. Grill patty on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.  Place on bun with avocado, salsa and top of bun.
Serve with apples on the side.

PM Snack:
1 large hard boiled egg, cut in half, drizzled with 1/2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with 1 dash of ground black pepper.        

Dinner: 
Chicken in foil
1 4oz chicken breast, boneless and skinless
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 medium new potato, sliced
1/4 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1 fresh thyme sprig

Preheat oven to 375. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place potato slices on a piece of aluminum foil. Top with chicken, bell pepper, onion and thyme; fold foil over and seal edges securely to form a pouch.  Place on a bake sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.

Day 3
Workout:  Alpha Total Body Circuit

Breakfast:
Yogo Berry Blast Shakeology
1 cup water                                                               
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 scoop shakeology any flavor
1/2 c ice and blend

Am Snack:
Tropical quinoa snack:  1/3 c cooked quinoa topped with 2 tbsp coconut milk and 4 sliced medium strawberries.

Lunch:
2 large hard boiled eggs, cut in half, yolks removed and reserved.  4 tsp greek yogurt plain, 1 tsp mustard; 1 green onion finely chopped, sea salt and pepper to taste and paprika
Combine egg yolks, greek yogurt, mustard and green onion in bowl and mix til smooth.
Season with salt and pepper and fill eggs and enjoy

PM Snack
1 lage whole grain wheat cracker topped with 1/2 tsp prepared mustard; 1 slice of low sodium nitrate free chicken breast, and 1 slice of swiss cheese.

Dinner:  Lemon Dill Halibut
1 6 oz raw halibut filet
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 dash sea salt
1 fresh dill sprig, finely chopped
1/2 up whole wheat couscous, hot
lemon wedges for garnish

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Brush both sides of halibut with oil.  Place on baking pan.  Sprinkle halibut with lemon pepper, salt and dill.
Bake for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until halibut flakes.
Serve with couscous.

Day 4
Workout:  Alpha Ab Intervals
                                                                                                    
Breakfast:  Morning Delight Smoothie
1 cup 100% orange juice
1/3 medium banana, cut into chunks
1 scoop Shakeology any flavor
1 cup ice
Place in blender and blend

Am Snack
Cinnamon Ricotta berries
1/3 cup part skim ricotta cheese topped with 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries.  1 tsp slivered almonds, and 1 dash ground cinnamon.

Lunch:
4 oz raw lean top sirloin steak
2 cups fresh arugula
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/2 c canned drained artichoke hearts
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preheat grill or broiler to high
Grill or broil sirloin for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Remove sirloin from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Place arugula, tomatoes, and artichokes in a large bowl. Drizzle with EVOO and vinegar and toss!
Place Sirloin on top and serve.

Snack:  Tuna and celery boat.  1 medium celery stalk filled with 2 oz drained solid white tuna and drizzled with 1 tsp fresh lemon juice and 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil.

Dinner:                                                                     
Roasted Tofu with Veggies
1 lb firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
5 cloves garlic, chopped
12 oz green beans, trimmed
1 cup medium mushrooms, cut into quarters
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
3 medium red potatoes, cut into quarters.
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
all purpose seasoning blend, salt free.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place tofu, garlic, green beans, mushrooms, onion, and potatoes in a glass baking dish; drizzle with oil and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with seasoning blend if desired and toss well
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring every 20 minutes.
One serving equals 1/4 of recipe.  Refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Day 5                                                                       

Workout:  Alpha lower focus

Breakfast
Peanut Butter cup Shakeology
1/2 cup water
1/2 unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 scoop Shakeology, any flavor
1/3 medium banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup ice
Place all in blender and blend.

AM Snack
1/2 cantaloupe or 1 1/2 cups cubed honeydew or 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon.

Lunch:
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tsp prepared pesto sauce
1/4 medium avocado, sliced
2 oz low sodium, nitrate free, lean turkey breast, deli sliced
1/4 medium cucumber, sliced
1 slice medium tomato
1 thin slice medium red tomato
2 romain lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
Top one slice of bread with pesto sauce, avocado, turkey, cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce, and second slice of bread.

PM snack:
Tuna and celery boat.  1 medium celery stalk filled with 2 oz drained solid white tuna and drizzled with 1 tsp fresh lemon juice and 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil.

Dinner:
Chef Salad
2 cups romain lettuce chopped                                  

1 oz low sodium lean turkey breast chopped
1 oz lean ham chopped
1 oz mozzarella cheese
medium tomato chopped
1/8 medium avocado, diced
5 medium black olives
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Place all ingredients together and drizzle with dressing.

Once you complete this week then you will begin day 1 of the official T25 workout schedule!

T25 / Body Pump Update - My Workout plan and Menu Plans

WOO ... So my Workout Routine has changed so much over the last few weeks!! I started out after my Half Marathon jumping back into T25 and then wanted to add in some weights so added in Body Pump. I really love T25 because of the quick workouts. I love that I can just jump in there and get a really good workout in only 25 minutes. The workouts are great, to the point, and just when I'm starting to get tired Shaun T comes out with "TIME". I love taking this workout on vacation with me too because anyone can fit a 25 min workout in while traveling. It sounds crazy that you can really get results in only 25 minutes but my challengers are getting amazing results with this program. I also wanted to add in Body Pump because I absolutely love it and needed to add in some weight training. I love the music in Body Pump and the workouts range from 20 minutes to 55. So works perfect for me. Most of my workouts the weeks I worked out were 30 - 45 mins long with weight training. 

It's been so hard getting motivated lately because of the holidays but I refuse to give up on myself and go back to my old ways. I know the longer that I stay out of working out the easier it is to slip back into my lazy ways. So I tell myself "It's worth it" and look up some motivational sayings on Pinterest and JUST DO IT!! 


I do have to say that this plan only lasted a few weeks and I decided to do The Ultimate Reset with a group of my coaches. I have lost a total of 6 lbs between T25/Pump and The Reset. I went from 135 - 129. I feel amazing. I am the smallest I have ever been and not only that I feel CONFIDENT! I feel like I can rock any outfit!! I love going shopping!! I love hearing "you look great" "have you lost weight" "you don't need to loose anymore weight". It totally makes EVERYTHING worth it!! Nothing can replace that feeling.

I did another random week of T25 and Body Pump since I knew I was going to jump into the Ultimate Reset!! 

This is my second time doing The Ultimate Reset and I have a CONFESSION to make ... I had to quit the reset a WEEK early. BOO!! I beat myself up about but I came home to visit my family a week earlier then expected and It was just too hard with out a car to go get my groceries and my normal routine. Not saying it's not impossible but for me at the moment it was causing too much stress to stay on track so I just decided I'll finish out my supplements. Use the same Meals and just do my best! 
I did run 5 miles last night and it felt GREAT! I haven't worked out in weeks since I started the Reset. 
I did do The Ultimate Reset a year ago and lost 11lbs. This time I lost 2. I didn't have as much to loose but I do feel like I was able to get back on track with my eating. Say not to cravings and gave up my addiction to Caffeine. I have more energy. So all in all it was totally worth it again.

Next up is P90X3 and I'm pretty much Stalking the Mail Man for it! I'm visiting family until the 14 of January. So i'm going to be starting while I'm here. I'm going to go out and grab the over the door clip to put your bands on to do the Pull Up's and a few single weights. -------------------------> Here is the over the door attachment you can get instead of getting a full pull up bar. Great when you don't have much space or aren't ready for pull ups. You can find this at Wal-Mart or Target. I'm so excited to get started with this program because it's only 30 minutes a day. EKKK I've stayed away from the other P90X videos (even though I really wanted to do them) because of the time. The workouts are 1 1/2 hours and I just didn't have that kind of time or desire to workout. So I'm so glad the fitness God's answered my prayers. P90X in 30 min form. WOO HOO! I have a Test Group Starting on the 30th. If you are interested fill out an application to be considered.

I have completely been consumed and overwhelmed with my AMAZING life at this moment in time. I feel like my business is propelling faster then I can get a hold of but I love every minute of it. I am beyond blessed. Today I want to share you a little bit of my life as a successful Success Club 10 ALL STAR and 2 Star Diamond PREMIERE Beachbody coach!! I started this business only a year ago. A year ago I was sitting in the SAME SPOT AS YOU I was NADA. Just a stay at home Mommy who felt depressed, looking to find herself, felt like a little something was missing, and just wanted to do something for MYSELF. Not that I didn't love my kids but somewhere in the mix of having my two beautiful girls I felt like I lost myself. I went from cleaning up messes, giving baths, cooking, cleaning, and doing everything for everyone else but myself. 

I loved my life and felt beyond blessed that I was able to stay at home with my girls but I needed something that was mine. 

Most of you follow me and know that I am a clean eater, I share recipes and tips with you, I have a passion and love for fitness and run challenge groups, and that I am a Military Wife and Mommy of two beautiful girls but what you may not know is that I'm a Beachbody Coach with an amazing team of coaches called Team RockStars and our BIG team called The Dream Team. We have an amazing bond. These people are the ones I talk to daily to lift me up and Inspire me. 

My Job as a coach is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and live healthy fulfilling lives.  I became a coach only a year ago but I didn't come into this thinking I would actually end up COACHING anyone. I came in to only get a discount on my Shakeology each month. However, this amazing Team inspired me to DREAM BIG and the moment I was introduced to this team I knew deep in the pit of my stomach that this was my big moment I had been waiting for.

This all started with me just wanting to learn how to Eat Clean. I googled "Eat Clean" and found my amazing coach. I was doing Insanity and wasn't getting the results I desired until I adding in clean eating to the mix. I was so annoyed and frustrated and figured it was my second kid and I would just never loose the weight. I was working my "butt off" literally and nothing was changing. I was eating 100 calorie snack packs, light sour cream,  the flavored yogurts, and diet pepsi. I ate Turkey Sandwiches with light mayo as my lunch and Canned soups. I thought this was perfectly healthy!! I thought I was doing everything right. This may "SEEM" healthy to most. I mean I could of went out and grabbed a cheese burger and fries but in reality this was just as damaging. I wasn't feeding my body with WHOLE/NATURAL Foods and instead was packing in the sodium and storing the saturated fats.  This is why I wasn't able to loose weight is because I wasn't feeling my body properly for such hard cardio workouts and I lacked energy. I fueled my body with sugar free Redbulls and felt like CRUD! 
So this is where my journey began only a year and 1/2 ago. 
I started TurboFire followed the schedule EXACTLY, started on Shakeology, and started my eat clean journey. I lost 35 lbs in 90 days and felt amazing. I think the biggest thing was the new found energy I had. I was so EXCITED about my results when I put my before and after picture side by side that I just had to share my results. It was a little scary for me but I knew that If I would just be brave enough that I could have the opportunity to change just one persons life. I had no idea where Beachbody Coaching was going to lead me but I knew that I wanted to make an impact.

After I was given this amazing opportunity I was able to see what It was providing for the coaches around me. I wanted to set big goals for myself. I had no idea where I was going to go, how I was going to get there, and if I would even make it but I sat down and wrote out my goals and dream board.


My Goals Included: 

*Becoming a 2013 Premere Coach
*Making 3 Star by the end of 2013 
*Making SC 10 every month 
* Qualify for the Success Club Cruise and Earn $1,000 Spending Money 
* Bring 5 of my coaches to Summit 2014 with me
* Become a Top 10 Beachbody Coach
* Take 2 coaches with me on the Success Club Cruise 
* Help Chalenge at least 50 lives through health and fitness 
* Help 5 coaches Live in Financial Freedom and Change their Life
* Earn $5,000 a month through Beachbody Coaching


Some of these goals are still in the process of happening because although I've come a long way I still have a long way to go in my journey

I am BEYOND blessed to say that more then HALF of these have happened and it's just amazing to slowly see each and every one come true. All of this slowly began to happen just by me sharing my own personal tips, trips, recipes, and life through clean eating and exercise. I didn't do anything magically I only shared my life and inspired others to begin their own health and fitness journey. 
I started with running my own small challenge groups where people were beginning to get results and of course I was excited. These people were excited so they began sharing these results with friends and family who then started contacting me to join my next group. Eventually these people who started their own healthy and fitness journey wanted to start doing what I do daily and duplicate the process with their customers. They wanted to Inspire others and I started to develop this amazing team of coaches called TEAM ROCKSTARS!! We are still small and growing but it's so crazy to think that so much has happened in only a year. I can't even imagine what will take place in another year or two. 

Just 12 Months Ago I started with Little ol' me and Now have a team of at least 100 coaches. I helped over 100 completely change their life through health and fitness and now have a team that was in the same spot that I was only a year ago. They are just starting their businesses, a little unsure of where they are going, but excited for what the future holds. They are DREAMING BIG.

It's my amazing team that I created and we are under the #2 team in all of Beachbody - The Dream Team. Are you starting to see how the Ripple Effect works in this business? It's amazing how much ONE person can change EVERYTHING. Our team focuses on DUPLICATION! I provide my team with the tools, strategies, and tips that have allowed me to build a successful business. This system is easy for anyone to follow and each new coach is addd to a coach apprenticeship program go give each person the support and understanding they need to be successful. I didn't just wake up one day and become a successful coach. It took guidance, training, consistency, and belief from my team and myself that I was capable of doing this. I was there to provide my customers and challengers with the BEST support system out there. I lead by example and I showed up each day ready to grow and inspire the individuals around me. That's what I want to teach you. Because this business is all about showing love, understanding, care, and respect towards each other so that we can HELP one another reach our goals in life. You don't have to know everything about social media, you don't have to be at your goal weight in life, you don't have to have a marketing or accounting degree to be a successful coach you just have to have an open heart, a wiliness to learn, and the drive and determination to push through any circumstance. 


Each of these little things done RIGHT daily is what makes you successful. It's the determination to grow yourself daily through personal development, push through rough times, and show up daily no matter what. You must be ready to get a little uncomfortable so that you can grow in to the person you were meant to be. You must push yourself a little more and more each day and even more then you think is possible. That's were I come in to inspire you, help you dream big, and push you to reach these big scary goals. Whatever they may be - big or small. They are YOURS and I want to help you make them come true. I truly have such a HUGE LOVE for my Team. 

So here I am today reaching a HUGE milestone in my business and am a 2 Star Qualifying Premiere Coach. It's not official official yet. We have 6 weeks to hold this rank to make it official but I'm so excited I could not contain it. This was a goal I really had no idea I would meet. If you would of asked me about 2 months ago if this would be possible I would of probably told you NO. But my Team inspired me to dream big, tell my fears to HUSH, and go at this will FULL DETERMINATION. 

Two Star Diamond Coach means that I have 2 Personal Sponsored Diamond Coaches under me as well as my entire amazing team of coaches. I also qualified as a premiere coach and this is a goal that only the top precentage of BeachBody Coaches Earn. It means that I'm continuing to grow my business and team, It means that I qualify for floor seats at Summit and VIP passes, it means that I have an all expense paid cruise to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands next March. How stinking Exciting is this!? 

                                      

I didn't do all of this alone!! This all came to pass and to come with a lot of TEAM WORK!! Lots of trust and communication! I want to introduce my two very first starts on my team. One is my husbands team that I actually developed into a Diamond team but the other one is a person that I hold dear to my heart and am so grateful for daily. This is a person I would of never connected with if it hadn't been for Beachbody. We have an amazing friendship and I am so honored to call her a Leader on My team. Together we are fighting the trend of obesity, brining a little light into others lives, and helping others build confidence and happiness. We are doing something MEANINGFUL in this world and we are doing it TOGETHER! 



Sally Walker - My very first Diamond, Best Friend, Partner in Crime, Always understanding, Loyal, and is all around an amazing person. She is building her own amazing team because she truly loves helping others succeed at anything they want to. Love this girl and so glad to have her. She had an amazing transformation in only 4 weeks with Slim in Six and I just know this girl is going to be by my side till the end. So lucky and blessed to have her on my team.

Spencer Hedine - I don't always give him a lot of credit for all that he does but with out him I would not be where I am. It's a TEAM effort. He takes the kids when he gets home so that I can work, check in with challenge groups, make videos, or blog. He wakes up early and let's me sleep in when i've stayed up too late working the night before. He does the dishes and helps with the laundry. He is the BEST husband a girl could ask for. I would not be the person I am today with out him in my life. People often ask me how I have the time to take care of my household, my kids, and run a successful business and I'll tell you my little secret is my husband. He never complains if i didn't get around to cooking dinner or finishing up the housework. He jumps in and helps. I'm beyond blessed to have him by my side. I know that not everyone has the support of their other half and it makes things more difficult for sure but I'm blessed to say I DO.



It doesn't only stop at my Diamonds!! My team is exploding and together we are all so much better. We choose to live happy. We are Mom's that get to stay home in our PJ's, Play with our Kiddos, and play on FB all day just sharing our journey and tips along the way. We have the opportunity to inspire others and we don't even have to get dressed up to do it. In fact right now i'm sitting in my PJ's my daughter cuddled next to me and watching cartoons. Life is GOOD and I want to share this with as many people as I can because I promise you it's possible. Not only are we Stay at Home Mom's but we are active duty military, Full time working Mommies who have a love and hobby of fitness. My coaches are all different people with all different goals. We share these goals together and DREAM BIG! 




If you have a love for health and fitness, just want to live life on your OWN terms, stay home with your kiddos, inspire others, make a difference then maybe you should consider becoming a coach on my team. I am thankful everyday that my leader presented me with this opportunity and now I want to share this gift with you. I'm not a special person, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary or crazy to get here, I'm a normal person who is on a MISSION to SUCCEED and share this success with my team.
