I remember Tony Horton as that crazy guy that led that crazy workout called P90X that got you ripped in 90 days but what just intense and NOT FOR ME! I avoided that workout anytime someone brought it up. I heard the results were awesome but the workout was just out of this world crazy.
Anyone remember the p90x fad?

4 years ago I was scared to death of those workouts. I would say things like "no way am I doing that crazy workout".

So I use to be scared of Tony Horton and his hardcore workouts. But truthfully, there is NOTHING to be scared of. If I can do it.. you totally can. I'm not just telling you all this because I am a coach. I'm telling you this because I'm just like you. I'm a Mom, a single Mom at that and these home workouts save my life. I was a skeptic of these crazy home workouts. I never completed anything I started and I surely didn't think that home workouts actually worked. I have now completed multiple home workouts and in reality Tony's workouts are the BOMB. They work! You will laugh, be motivated, and get in the best shape of your life with his workouts. I've met him on several occasions though coaching events and he has the biggest heart. He really does care about anyone that does his program gets the results that they want. All shapes, sizes,  and fitness levels can do this program. This program is for EVERYONE.

You do not have to have done a Tony Horton workout before and you do not have to have a base level of fitness to begin it.

You can use little or no weights, there are modifers in EVERY workout and as you get stronger, your stamina builds, you feel more confident, you can increse your weights and up your intensity. Plus you got this!! You can do ANYTHING in 22 mins. Right!?!


3 1/2 years ago I started doing home workouts because  I had a new born and a 3 year old. I was breastfeeding and learning how to be a mother to two small children. Getting out the door and to the gym was too much of a chore. I didn't want to leave my new baby in the gym childcare and on top of that it cost more just for me to get the child care. I was also nervous that I was going to pay the fee every single month on a membership that I was never going to use because of how much work it took to get up and out of the house. Loading the baby up, getting toddler snacks for my older one, loading everyone up, making bottles and packing diapers, ect, ect, ect. It's a chore to get out of the house with babies.

I was sick of looking in the mirror and hating myself and I knew that I needed a better solution. Doing some research I FOUND IT!

I can now tell you that I 100% believe in this system. I believe in the workouts, the nutrition program, the support you get from your coach which is the SECRET SAUCE to this entire experience! I know with out a doubt that if I did not have the support from my coach and the other people in the group I would of never had the transformation that I did. It was my coach that picked me up when I wasn't seeing the results fast enough, it was my coach that showed me how to eat clean, meal prep, and meal plan, it was my coach that brought me back to reality when I wanted to eat everything in sight and give up on myself, it was the support/motivation of the group that gave me that ENERGY to get up every day and CRUSH IT!

21 Day Fix Woman's Results

SERIOUSLY!!!! It's almost been ONE MONTH since the 21 day fix launched and changed EVERYTHING! It has been the biggest program in the history of Beachbody programs and my challengers are getting amazing results. This program has been a total game changer for me. I now refers to my food groups as "colors". That's how you know it's gotten real. I strategize my day more based on the the amount of food groups I get or containers of each food. I think "do i really want this PB toast this morning or do I want sweet potatoes at lunch". It really makes you think about what you are putting in your mouth and what is really worth it. I'm the type of person that needs a strict plan to follow to keep me on track. I'm goal orientated so when I have a challenge or goal to reach I'm more likely to stick with it. This gives me that sense of "challenge". 

This program is all about portion control, quick/efficient 30 min workouts that WORK, and a simple basic meal plan to follow. The prepping and tracking is so simple that anyone can do it. No counting calories, What fits is what you eat. Plain and simple. In the guide book their is a place to calculate how many calories you should have daily and then it breaks that down into how many containers you are allowed to have daily of each color. This plan is 100% something you can do for life. It's a quick fix because you are finally eating the correct amount of portions but it's something that you can maintain and continue for life. You aren't depriving yourself, in fact you eat so much food that sometimes I have trouble fitting it all in. I can see that this is a system I plan to follow from now on.

So, I want to introduce to my amazing coach and challenger, Missy!! She has been in my challenge groups since June of last year and has lost over 50 pounds. Recently, she was having trouble dropping more weight and hit a plateau. Missy decided that she wanted to get in the Test Group and get her body shedding pounds and inches again. She needed something to change it up and get things moving. This did it .. In only 3 days she dropped 2 pounds and was speechless because in the last 2 months that's how much she lost. 

Missy lost a total of 4 pounds and 6 inches in 21 Days.

P90X3 - Be the FIRST to get your hands on this baby and join my TEST GROUP!





Tomorrow Tomorrow Tomorrow .. It's only a day away .... EKKK!! I'm so excited about this new program coming out that we are already forming our Test Group.

This is the prefect time for this program to come out because I know how tough the Holidays are on everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a fit person or not.
