Blackened Tilapia & Cilantro Lime Slaw





I was looking for a good fish tilapia recipe to add to the mix and this looks perfect love the pairing of the cilantro lime slaw. ENJOY! 

Ingredients: 

4-6 tilapia filets 
1/2 t cumin
1 T paprika 
pepper to taste 

Cilantro lime slaw 

1/4 C green salsa (verde) 
2 T vinegar 
2 T greek yogurt
2 T olive oil 
salt & pepper to taste 
14 oz bag of cole slaw cabbage 

Place tilapia on a bakin dish drizzled with olive oil lightly so it does not stick or use olive oil cooking spray. 

Mix next 3 ingredients in a small bowl then rub on each filet. Cover with foil 

Bake Fish at 350 degree for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. 


Cole Slaw: 

Mix last 6 ingredients in a large container with lid

*Best in the first two days of making it. 

Optional: 
Warm 8-12 corn tortillas
