I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and an Associates in Elementary Education!! I am an Army Veteran, I lived in South Korea, Fort Hood Texas, Exmouth Australia, and Pearl Harbor Hawaii. I've been a stay at home mom for over 6 years!! 

My goal was to finish school while being at home with my girls. I joined the military to get my schooling paid for and used my GI bill to complete my BS degree online while taking care of my infant and toddler. BUT the lord had different plans for me ... Beachbody came in to my life when I was search for a way to loose weight after having my second baby girl. I really wanted to learn about clean eating and create a more healthy lifestyle for not only me but also my family. Guess what ... it worked for me! I never quit because I saw the MOST results EVER! I use to slave away at the gym before having my second child but NEVER got the kind of results I did after completing my first Beachbody program. I lost 35 pounds, I completely changed my lifestyle, I connected with other woman who shared the same interests and struggles, and I was held accountable. I knew that this needed to be shared with others who struggled just like me. 

I didn't even want to be a coach!! I didn't believe that it was something that I could do. I thought to myself "no one will want to follow me" ... "who is going to listen to me" .. "how will I find people" ... "I have no clue what i'm doing". So I only joined to get a discount on my monthly Shakeolgoy. Then one day, something spoke to me. I decided to give this whole thing a shot. I saw the potential in the business, the impact it was making on others lives, and the friendships that were being formed with in the team. I knew that I wanted to be apart of that. So I just started helping people every single day! I didn't have an agenda in mind but to share my journey and inspire others. 

I was consistent, I stayed focused, dedicated, and disciplined in growing my business in between nap times, school work, I got up early, and stayed up late. I really dove into how to be a better mentor, coach, person, friend, leader and as a result I have built my business into making over 6 figures a year. I don't consider this a JOB .. I consider it my PASSION! I get to support others daily, up lift them, help people transform their bodies but also their finances.

Why Not You!?!? - Build a Business in your PJ's

This entire month I've done a lot of reflection on the last 2.5 years and how far I've come. I can clearly remember going through all of my clothes after having my gorgeous Brooklyn and nothing fitting me. It brought tears to my eyes, self doubt, and low confidence. I just wanted to be myself again. I had this gorgeous baby but I didn't feel like myself and I didn't know where to start on making the positive lifestyle changes to get where I wanted. I know all of you Mom's can relate, that after you have a baby you just want to feel like yourself again. You are grateful but you have a hard time finding the time and energy for yourself. It can be depressing and Isolating because who are you to have room to complain? I couldn't be a good Mom because I wasn't happy with MYSELF! The way you feel about yourself can absolutely affect the way you treat others.

I needed something that worked but didn't just give me a quick fix but was an entire lifestyle change. I was sick of the crash diets, the starving myself, being cranky, not having any energy, and not getting the results I want after hours of cardio each day. Thank Goodness for Google, finding a challenge group, and an awesome coach that taught me all about clean eating as well as kept me motivated.

That was where it all began!! I started my journey with Turbo Fire, Shakeology, and Clean Eating in a Closed Facebook Group. I made amazing friendships, bonded with other Mommies, completely changed the way our family ate and BOOM only 4 months later I felt like a completely different person. I doubted my ability to pass this lifestyle on to others because I lacked the confidence in myself BUT I knew that this experience had changed my life and there was no way I couldn't share this with others.

I finally felt GREAT in my own skin and confident to walk into any store and just go shopping!! I got over my fear of what others thought about me and SHARED this opportunity because I knew that this was a system that worked. I was a able to get in the best shape of my life in my own living room while my girls took a nap, chat with others who were on the same mission as me, surround myself with positive people, and a community who held me accountable to my goals.

I realized that the best way help others was for me to become a coach myself, share my results, and passion for the products with others so that they could get the same results and feel just as WONDERFUL!! Yep, I did it!! Sounds crazy and Scary .. but I became a Beachbody Coach and was on a MISSION to help others especially Mommas get healthy and Fit.
As a Mom who just moved from Australia to Hawaii, was living in a hotel with a 1 year old and a 4 year old, and was just getting settled in to a new routine I got up every single morning and stayed up late working my business. I shared my workouts, recipes, motivated others, and just shared my crazy life as a Mom who was on a mission to become a better version of myself. 

I really just wanted to inspire a few of my friends learn about eating clean and loose the baby weight. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, no idea about network marketing, blogging, or anything in depth on how to earn an income through social media. I came in with no expectations but to help others and share my own journey to keep myself motivated. I didn't start out being some big shot or knowing everything. I started out really small and just soaked up everything that I could learn about growing a Beachbody business. I started with just sharing my journey through my Facebook page and inviting family and friends to join a challenge group. The more that I got into this I realized that huge opportunities this business could provide for me and my family. We weren't struggling financially but we also couldn't afford any big extras. Living in Hawaii I knew that it was going to be difficult to afford to visit family and I could not go years with out seeing them. This really appealed to me as well as being able to help others while working on my self. 

I had no idea what I was doing! I even signed up only as a DISCOUNT COACH and had no intentions of building a business but then soon realized the potential to help others as well as provide for my family. I wanted to help others feel the same way that I did so I took my before and after pictures and shared them. 

So Here is What I did: I started out using my Facebook Page. I shared my transformation picture, each day I shared motivational quotes, nutrition tips, and recipes that I used to lose weight. Then I began to blog about all of those questions that people would ask me: How to stay on track when traveling, clean grocery store lists, snack ideas, how I plan and prep my food, and so much more. I let all my walls down and just put myself out there complex sharing my struggles and my life. Before I knew it I grew a following and people were coming to be for advice and what to do to reach their goals. Everything just kind of came together through consistency.

Coaching became something that I loved and I loved that I had the ability to make a true impact on the lives of others. The more challenge groups I ran, the more customers got results, saved marriages, and created confidence in others, the more I wanted to give my all to my groups and improve them. I wanted to help even more people and also grow and work on myself.

As a stay at home Mom it can be Isolating. It's one of the most rewarding jobs and a blessing to be able to stay home with your children but it can also be lonely. Running my challenge groups and becoming a coach allowed me to interact with other adults through out the day I was also able to help end the trend of obesity, add positivity to the world, and help support my family financially.


After about 6 months into the business I started getting the hang of running my own challenge groups and really dove into learning the business side of things. I began running new coach trainings, doing weekly team calls, creating training videos, and teaching the new coaches on my team how to successfully start their own business and do exactly what I did. Helping my coaches was just as rewarding as watching my challengers reach their weight loss goals. It felt awesome to see my coaches succeed with inviting others to their challenge groups and sharing their journey with others. It felt even better getting messages from them about what they were able to do for their family with the extra income that was earned.

I really did build my business from my kitchen table while my girls were sleeping. I would wake up early to get my workout in and check in with my challengers. When it was nap time I would log on to the computer and crush out my power hour of work, and then after I put the kids to bed I would do a little more work until bed time. I didn't want to sacrafice my kids time and wanted to be the best Mom that I could. I found my perfect balance and was able to have the best of both worlds. Of course it took some sacrifices but I wouldn't change one thing! This opportunity has truly been a huge blessing to me and my families life!

This has been such a blessing to me and my life that I truly want to help other women and get this same gift that I have received. Team Beachbody Coaching can completely change your life. Healthy Peanut Butter Chicken and Spaghetti Squash




This is seriously AMAZING! I mean I can't believe this is even a healthy and clean dish. Not to mention it's CARBLESS!! My mouth waters thinking about this mean and I've been on a total kick of eating it every day. The only thing is you really do have to measure out your healthy fats so you don't overdo it. PB isn't bad for you in moderation. 

TRY THIS ... It's totally something I made up but is Thai Inspired. It may sound like a weird combo but it's HEAVENLY! 


Bake a Speghetti Squash. 
High on 350 on a Baking Sheet with a little water in the bottom. Cook about 40 mins. 
Just put it in the oven whole and then take out when it is nice and soft to cut. 
Then cut in half scoop out seeds and then scoop the remainder into a dish. 

Ingredients made for ONE! 
Spaghetti Squash Cooked 
Baked Chicken Breast Chopped ( I prep this once a week so it's ready to grab and go) 
1 TBSP of PB 
1 TBSP of Coconut Oil
Squirt of Amino Acids 
Squirt of Sriracha 

Directions: 
Add the Coconut Oil to the Pan then pour in the Spaghetti Squash, Chicken, PB, Amino Acids, and Sriracha. 

Stir around in pan till warm and PB is melted and BOOM your meal is READY! It's AMAZING! I'm just saying!!

21 Day Fix Extreme Breakfast: PB and Strawberry Oats


I'm on day TWO of the 21 Day Fix Extreme ... SAY WHAT!?!? Today my daughter Brooklyn, 3 years old :) rocked out Upper Body Extreme. I LOVE that i'm able to workout from home, get a rocking body, and do these workouts with my daughter. So much fun and she totally knows how to hold me accountable. I'm loving the workouts so far. Today my arms and legs feel like JELLO but MAN I can feel the results coming in and it's getting me GIDDY! Cancun in only 60 days and that Bikini has my name written all over it.  

21 Day Fix Extreme Recipes
21 Day Fix Extreme Recipe: PB and Strawberry Oats. 


I got this breakfast recipe from the nutrition guide that comes with the program and MAN was it DELICIOUS!! Pb and Jelly Oats in ... AHHH! It tasted like a TREAT! You have to try this. Even if you aren't an oats person you will totally love this recipe because it taste creamy and sweet. This is in the rotation this week as a snack and some breakfasts. I'm loving it!! Does clean eating have to be boring and gross? Not at all, it's just about finding the right recipes! I hope you enjoy this one it's staying on my menu plan for the next few weeks for sure. 

Makes 1 Serving: 

1  Cup Water
1  Pinch Sea Salt
1/4  Cup Steel-Cut Oats
1 tsp. Smooth all-natural peanut butter, no sugar added. 
2 Tbsp Unsweetened almond milk (optional) 
1 Cup Sliced Strawberries 

1. Bring water and salt to a boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat
Reduce heat to low. 

2. Add Oats; Cook, stirring frequently, for 15-20 mins, or until water is just absorbed. Remove form heat. Let stand for 5 mins. 

3. Add Peanut Butter, mix well. If too thick, add almond milk. 

4. Top with Strawberries.

1 Purple 
1 Yellow
1 Tbsp

21 Day Fix Extreme is Here - Meal Plan and Prep


It's about to get Real - 21 Day Fix Extreme is HERE! 

I just got my 21 Day Fix Extreme in the mail YESTERDAY and I was STOKED that I got it before Monday. That means it's time for some MEAL PREPPING straight out of the nutrition plan that comes with the program. I want to create a plan that fits for me and my lifestyle, that's the beauty of this. You are given a guide line and then create what works for you. I am 100% committed to completing two rounds of this program before leaving for Cancun in April, on a trip that was earned through Team Beachbody. AHHH, I know this program is going to give me the results i'm looking to get to fit in that itty bitty bikini and feel AWESOME!

So I am READY to start Monday. I spent the entire morning planning everything out so that I could give this my all. I printed out the 21 Day Fix Tracking Sheets from the Team Beachbody Website, www.teambeachbody.com. These totally get me through the day and keep me on track. I also know there are tons of 21 day fix apps that you can download from the app store. I am just a paper and pen person. It works for me and totally keeps me 100% on track. 

To create my menu plan I use an excel spreadsheet that I created, I fill in my workouts and my meals and stick this baby on the fridge so it takes the guess work out of the entire week. Sundays are my day to evaluate the fridge and head to the store to get the things needed for the week. I like to be prepared for the week and have exactly what I need for each recipe and meal. It's the only way to prep for success. If not it will be too easy to just settle with something off the menu plan and get totally off track. It's frustrating so take that little bit of time to plan.

This week i'm sticking with the 21 Day Fix Extreme meal plan. There is also an option to follow Autumns Bikini Comp plan, but I think i'll start off with getting to know the program, getting my allotments in check, and really giving it all with this nutrition plan. I have been having one too many extras lately and i'm ready to lock it in tight before getting too crazy :) OF COURSE a good crazy. Crazy = AWESOME RESULTS!

The first week is always a bit more difficult because you are getting use to the moves, the new meal plan, and it just takes a little bit to get it right. I'm not going to beat myself up, just do my best and know that the more I do it the easier it will get. Week TWO is always better because you are getting use to the routine. 


I'm taking my before pictures today. It honestly is the only way to really get a good measurement of your success because the scale lies. I've learned this through my own personal journey and watching others journey. If you don't feel like you are getting anywhere with the scale compare your measurements and pictures. I bet you will see a difference. Another way I like to measure success is by a pair of jeans that is tight or too small. I will try them on weekly and see how they feel. That's actually one of the best feelings when they start getting loose. 

If you are starting a new workout routine or just want to start on the path of clean eating I encourage you to start doing a weekly meal plan. I really preach this in my challenge groups. It's easy to get off track if you don't have a plan. With out it being written down you could forget what's on your meal plan, not have the things you need in the house, and will most likely be making bad choices because you will let yourself get so hungry you don't care what you eat, you just want to EAT! I know i get like this. I have to have a plan or I will just eat whatever is close at the time. If you are SERIOUS about getting results, make a meal plan NOW! 

THE WORKOUTS: 
You do need a set of light weights, a set of heavy weights, and a resistance band. 
I personally use 5 lb ,  8 lb, and 10 lb weights. You will be using the resistance band many times in this program so you want to make sure you have one. They aren't very much and you can get them pretty much anywhere. Walmart, Academy, and Target for sure. 

I have my GAME FACE ON and I'm totally ready to bring it!!! 


The Fix Extreme is all about NO TREATS OR CHEATS! This is the REAL DEAL PEEPS! If you want to look SMOKING for an EVENT or Vacation this is it! If you have those last 10 pounds to loose. this will get you there. It's always the hardest getting rid of that last bit. I know this is where the MONEY is at. Going EXTREME is the only way to get those abs popping and that booty smoking. It's hard to keep those results forever but if you have something coming up this is PERFECT and then you can go in maintenance mode and hop back on when you want it again. This can TOTALLY BE DONE! Exactly How to Batch Cook and Meal Prep for a Week of Clean Eating.

Sooo.. Did you know that Your Nutrition is 80% of where your results come from? I know there are some of you that are totally killing it in the gym. Come on, Cardio Queens where you at? I use to be one of you too! You can cardio your little heart out but if you aren't fueling that body with what it needs then you are wasting your time. You will never get the results you want! I know this because that use to be me. I never lifted weights and I would run through fast food after the gym or eat a big hearty cheesy meal. So I really want to teach you how to set your week up for success. 

This is one of the BIGGEST things that I stress and love teaching my customers about. Meal Prepping and Clean Eating. I share my meal plans weekly in my groups and really focus on this. It's a lifestyle not a DIET! That should be what your focus is. Enjoying your favorites here and there but ultimately living a healthy life that you can easily maintain. I know that we all live busy lives so this makes things so much easier. Doing it once every week or even ever two weeks is going to make your life so much easier, keep you on track, and will save you money. OKAY, did I catch your attention now? ha ha ha 

I normally reserve Sunday's for Meal Prepping and Batch cooking. 



Alright so I'm going to teach you step by step how to prepare your week. This is just what I do but you will get a really good idea on how to prep your week so it's simple to just grab and go. 

Here is what you need to go to the grocery store for: 

Several Packs of Chicken Breast 
Lean Ground Turkey
Eggs 
Bag of Fish either Salmon or Tilapia 
You could also do a bag of Frozen Shrimp

You can do Fresh Veggies or Do Frozen. 
I mix it up. 
I normally have 
Fresh Asparagus 
Fresh Brussels Sprouts
Zucchini
Spaghetti Squash
Baby Spinach
-Honestly Just depends on my menu plan for the week on which I choose- 
Then I'll always grab some frozen Green beans, Stir Fry Veggie Mix, and Peas
If you want to do an egg white omelet 
Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions or Egg Muffins.

Apples
Strawberries
Blueberries 

Brown Rice
Quinoa 
Sweet Potatoes

Coconut Oil
Mrs dash Seasonings
Cayenne Pepper
Cumin
Chili Powder
Tin Foil

1. You want to take a large baking sheet and cover it with tin foil 
This is where you are going to grab your chicken breasts and lay them out on the pan. 
Grab your favorite salt free seasonings and season front then flip and do the other side. 

2. Pre Heat the Oven to 350 and bake for about 30-40 mins until tender. You don't want to over cook. You can use a meat thermometer if you need so you don't over cook it. You want your meat to be nice and juicy.

3. While that is cooking, You are going to grab your brown rice. There are Two Ways you can do this
If you have a rice steamer you can load that baby up according to the directions and your rice will just easily cook on it's on. You can add in some fresh herbs to the steamer and it will be delicious. If you don't have a rice steamer you can do this in a pot on the stove. Follow the directions on the bag for water to rice ratio. You want to make a pretty big batch so you have enough for the week or if you are doing two weeks for two weeks. Let the water boil and then add in your rice once boiled.

4. Remember to keep an eye on those chicken breasts, you even may have to suction out some of the juice so it doesn't overflow in to your oven. 

5. It's time to grab another big deep pan and get all of your ground turkey. Toss it into the pan and cook until browned. You can season again with any non salt seasonings. Once done drain out any grease. 

6. Last but not least you have your Sweet Potatoes. You want to scrub these and wash really well. Grab a baking sheet and throw them on and in the oven. These will take a bit of time. Probably about an hour to cook. Just keep an eye and poke holes. Once tender all the way through they will be done.

This is what our chicken and sweet potatoes will look like when they are all done. Right when you grab your sweet potatoes out of the oven slice them down the middle so they can cool down. Your rice should be finishing up too. But be sure to put your rice on at the beginning because it does take some time to cook. 

7. Once everything cools down it's time to portion it all out and bag it up so you can grab and go. 
Grab your chicken breasts and slice it all up in to bite sized peaces. Grab a cutting bored and get to town. You will have a big bowl of sliced up chicken chunks. that you can just portion out and put in baggies. I use the 21 Day Fix Menu plan in all of my challenge groups and this program comes with portion control containers. This is what I use to portion out my food. So you are going to grab your red container and just start scoop out of your chicken and ground turkey and bagging up each individual portion. That's your protein for the week. If you are doing two weeks you can freeze the other week and then thaw out at the end of week 1. 

After your sweet potatoes cool down you will scoop the filling out of the skins and use your yellow container to portion and baggy up. Grab your brown rice and portion out with your yellow container as well and baggy. These are your healthy crabs for the week. 

Veggies are in the freezer ready to just grab and you will use your green to portion that out.

Place all your baggies in plastic containers so you can just grab. I baggy all of my chicken and then put it in a container so i can just grab each one. 


This is how I stay on track when i'm traveling, visiting family, or visiting friends. You just pack your food and bring it with you. Super simple. It will change your life! 

My Favorite dish with this is to grab my chicken, sweet potato, peas, or sautéed spinach in coconut oil, and add a blue container of avocado and some hot sauce. Seriously Delish. It's great with Brown Rice too. It's like a Mexican bowl you could do a taco salad too with the ground turkey. So many ideas with it all prepped and ready to go. 



That's pretty much it! Turn up some tunes or put on your favorite movie and spend the next hour or two setting your week up for success! You got this ... You can totally do this! Your life will be CHANGED and you will feel amazing.

Ummm... It Christmas seriously over!??! I can't believe it! I'm like in shock that there is 2 days left of 2014. I feel like it was just January 2014!?!? Anyone else feel this way? It went by SO FAST this year. I'm SO excited for what 2015 has to offer. I have BIG goals for my groups this year as well as my own personal fitness goals. I have accomplished some pretty amazing things this year but this is only the TIP of the Ice burg for what 2015 has to offer. So I've been thinking of ways that I can make my challenge groups even BETTER so that I can provide the best accountability and support to my customers. I'm creating Monday Mindset Videos to help you get your mind straight each week, more daily tips, recipes, and so much more!! 

My Brand New Group Kicks Off Monday January 5th, 2015!! 


January is always a busy month for Health and Fitness. It's the time that most are sick and tired of being sick and tired and have their mind set to make a change. It's just like any gym that's packed come Jan 1st. But you know what ..... SADLY by February the gym is already slowing down and people are falling out like Hot Cakes. WHY!??!? 
So here is my take on it because I have totally been one of those people that EVERY YEAR made the resolution to get in the best shape of my life and I was finally ready. I would go into the gym do every single class, show up daily, and am HYPED up to get my Fitness on. THEN I would worry that what I was doing wasn't really working, I wasn't seeing results fast enough, and I wouldn't always know my way around the gym. I would go home and eat what I always ate and never end up with lasting results. I had NO idea what clean eating was and I truly didn't understand the idea of GOOD nutrition. I would work my butt off for one week, cut back a little, but I wouldn't see results so I would just resort back to my old ways and feeling just like I did when I started. SAD and ready for a change. I was un doing EVERYTHING that I was working for in the gym. I even hired a personal trainer one year. I would follow the workouts he had laid out for me and then hit fast food on the way home. I was never checked on or had that daily motivation to help me actually stick to the program that was set for me. I had no idea if I was doing all the workouts right and I was left to just figure it out and hope for the best. 


So.... YEP!! Just like you I would give up, do the bare minimum, and pretty much settle with that I was meant to be "BIG BONED" and I couldn't beat family genetics. 

Here is what I now know and this little NUGGET of Information has forever changed my life. It totally takes more than 2 weeks to see results and your nutrition is 80% of your results. I was a low fat, sugar free, fat free girl .... NOPE all of that stuff is GARBAGE! You will never see the results you are after eating that way. 


So here I am 8 months post partum with my second baby girl and I was Desperate! I found this amazing challenge group. I had no idea it was actually going to work, I only hoped it would. I just knew nothing else was working and I was in desperate need to feel better about myself. I honestly didn't think a home workout would give me the results it did. I thought the only way was to hire a personal trainer and kill yourself in the gym. 

Here is what I did learn - 90 Days of Turbo Fire, Shakeology, Clean Eating, and a Challenge Group: 


1. 80% of your Results WILL come from your Nutrition!! 
You can work out like a crazy person, do cardio until your pass out, but if you continue to eat poorly you won't see the results you are after.

2. You will never ever run out of SUPPORT! 
Honestly, I know with out a doubt I wouldn't of been able to stick to this lifestyle this long with about the amazing support system I have. Having the ability to check into a group daily and see a wide range of other women doing it right along with you was the SECRET to my success. I would check in  if I was struggling with getting up to do my workout or with a craving and I always ad somewhere there to cheer me on. I was given tips and suggestions on how to make this work for my lifestyle and I was ALWAYS loved on for not giving up and sticking with it. I could see that I wasn't the only one struggling that there were other people just like me struggle just as well but we could all come together and help each other through the tough times. I finally realized that we all have these demons that speak to us about not getting results fast enough or having a wicked craving and it gave me a sense of peace to know that I wasn't the only one who was struggling. I made some amazing friendships in my challenge group, the way I looked at life completely changed, and my body transformed!! I WAS A SUCCESS STORY and Still Am!! 



3. I have to be told exactly what to do and Follow a SYSTEM! 
I wanted the guess work taken out of everything. I want to know that something works if I'm going to put in the effort, I want a plan laid out for me that is going to give me the results i'm after. 
I needed a schedule and specific plan laid out so I could just execute. The thing I love about Beachbody programs is they are PROVEN to get results before they are even released to buy. A schedule of al your workouts is laid out in the right order they need to be, a nutrition guide is laid out for that specific workout, so you know exactly what to eat, and I love love love that they have the portion control containers so that I know exactly how much to eat each and every day and of what food group. It complexity takes the guess work out of nutrition!! 


4. Shakeology I'll admit I was a total skeptic of this part of the formula. I went months with out adding it in my diet. I wasn't sure of the whole thing and didn't think I truly needed it. I was a couch Mom who had ZERO energy. I hated waking up every day feeling like I didn't sleep what so ever when I really slept 8 hours. Can you relate? Well it's probably because you aren't giving your body the nutrition it truly needs. Shakeolgoy isn't a quick fix, protein shake, or weight loss shake. It's a complete meal, 1 meal a day you don't even have to think about that is complete and full of everything you need, you will have more energy, less cravings for junk and sweets, and totally feel amazing. Previously I would run through fast food or get a mid day Starbucks but I keep packets of Shakeolgoy with me and a shaker cup and there isn't a need for that junk anymore. 

This was nutrition that I wasn't getting before! I felt better, I was more confident, and I rocked the crap out of my workouts. It's not an understatement when I say it has changed my life. It's my daily multivitamin. 



5. Challenge Groups will give you the ACCOUNTABILITY you need!! 
Now that I'm a coach, I am also held accountable to myself and my challengers! I'm leading the way and I know that in order to ask someone to do something you have to be doing it as well. I wake up every morning to do my workout because I know that others are looking up to me to lead the way and inspire them to push through. I inspire other to start TODAY and keep going even when things get tough. My whole reason for becoming a coach was to PAY IT FORWARD and show other Mommas that they could still have their body back after babies and feel great about themselves. Even if I only helped ONE person it would be worth it. This is what DRIVES Me to keep pushing forward and offer others the best fitness programs and nutrition.
