I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and an Associates in Elementary Education!! I am an Army Veteran, I lived in South Korea, Fort Hood Texas, Exmouth Australia, and Pearl Harbor Hawaii. I've been a stay at home mom for over 6 years!! 

My goal was to finish school while being at home with my girls. I joined the military to get my schooling paid for and used my GI bill to complete my BS degree online while taking care of my infant and toddler. BUT the lord had different plans for me ... Beachbody came in to my life when I was search for a way to loose weight after having my second baby girl. I really wanted to learn about clean eating and create a more healthy lifestyle for not only me but also my family. Guess what ... it worked for me! I never quit because I saw the MOST results EVER! I use to slave away at the gym before having my second child but NEVER got the kind of results I did after completing my first Beachbody program. I lost 35 pounds, I completely changed my lifestyle, I connected with other woman who shared the same interests and struggles, and I was held accountable. I knew that this needed to be shared with others who struggled just like me. 

I didn't even want to be a coach!! I didn't believe that it was something that I could do. I thought to myself "no one will want to follow me" ... "who is going to listen to me" .. "how will I find people" ... "I have no clue what i'm doing". So I only joined to get a discount on my monthly Shakeolgoy. Then one day, something spoke to me. I decided to give this whole thing a shot. I saw the potential in the business, the impact it was making on others lives, and the friendships that were being formed with in the team. I knew that I wanted to be apart of that. So I just started helping people every single day! I didn't have an agenda in mind but to share my journey and inspire others. 

I was consistent, I stayed focused, dedicated, and disciplined in growing my business in between nap times, school work, I got up early, and stayed up late. I really dove into how to be a better mentor, coach, person, friend, leader and as a result I have built my business into making over 6 figures a year. I don't consider this a JOB .. I consider it my PASSION! I get to support others daily, up lift them, help people transform their bodies but also their finances.

Why Not You!?!? - Build a Business in your PJ's

My Gorgeous Girls! 

This entire month I've done a lot of reflection on the last 2.5 years and how far I've come. I can clearly remember going through all of my clothes after having my gorgeous Brooklyn and nothing fitting me. It brought tears to my eyes, self doubt, and low confidence. I just wanted to be myself again. I had this gorgeous baby but I didn't feel like myself and I didn't know where to start on making the positive lifestyle changes to get where I wanted. I know all of you Mom's can relate, that after you have a baby you just want to feel like yourself again. You are grateful but you have a hard time finding the time and energy for yourself. It can be depressing and Isolating because who are you to have room to complain? I couldn't be a good Mom because I wasn't happy with MYSELF! The way you feel about yourself can absolutely affect the way you treat others.

I needed something that worked but didn't just give me a quick fix but was an entire lifestyle change. I was sick of the crash diets, the starving myself, being cranky, not having any energy, and not getting the results I want after hours of cardio each day. Thank Goodness for Google, finding a challenge group, and an awesome coach that taught me all about clean eating as well as kept me motivated.

That was where it all began!! I started my journey with Turbo Fire, Shakeology, and Clean Eating in a Closed Facebook Group. I made amazing friendships, bonded with other Mommies, completely changed the way our family ate and BOOM only 4 months later I felt like a completely different person. I doubted my ability to pass this lifestyle on to others because I lacked the confidence in myself BUT I knew that this experience had changed my life and there was no way I couldn't share this with others.

I finally felt GREAT in my own skin and confident to walk into any store and just go shopping!! I got over my fear of what others thought about me and SHARED this opportunity because I knew that this was a system that worked. I was a able to get in the best shape of my life in my own living room while my girls took a nap, chat with others who were on the same mission as me, surround myself with positive people, and a community who held me accountable to my goals.

Finally Feeling Confident in a Bikini

I realized that the best way help others was for me to become a coach myself, share my results, and passion for the products with others so that they could get the same results and feel just as WONDERFUL!! Yep, I did it!! Sounds crazy and Scary .. but I became a Beachbody Coach and was on a MISSION to help others especially Mommas get healthy and Fit.

As a Mom who just moved from Australia to Hawaii, was living in a hotel with a 1 year old and a 4 year old, and was just getting settled in to a new routine I got up every single morning and stayed up late working my business. I shared my workouts, recipes, motivated others, and just shared my crazy life as a Mom who was on a mission to become a better version of myself. 

I really just wanted to inspire a few of my friends learn about eating clean and loose the baby weight. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, no idea about network marketing, blogging, or anything in depth on how to earn an income through social media. I came in with no expectations but to help others and share my own journey to keep myself motivated. I didn't start out being some big shot or knowing everything. I started out really small and just soaked up everything that I could learn about growing a Beachbody business. I started with just sharing my journey through my Facebook page and inviting family and friends to join a challenge group. The more that I got into this I realized that huge opportunities this business could provide for me and my family. We weren't struggling financially but we also couldn't afford any big extras. Living in Hawaii I knew that it was going to be difficult to afford to visit family and I could not go years with out seeing them. This really appealed to me as well as being able to help others while working on my self. 

I had no idea what I was doing! I even signed up only as a DISCOUNT COACH and had no intentions of building a business but then soon realized the potential to help others as well as provide for my family. I wanted to help others feel the same way that I did so I took my before and after pictures and shared them. 

So Here is What I did: I started out using my Facebook Page. I shared my transformation picture, each day I shared motivational quotes, nutrition tips, and recipes that I used to lose weight. Then I began to blog about all of those questions that people would ask me: How to stay on track when traveling, clean grocery store lists, snack ideas, how I plan and prep my food, and so much more. I let all my walls down and just put myself out there complex sharing my struggles and my life. Before I knew it I grew a following and people were coming to be for advice and what to do to reach their goals. Everything just kind of came together through consistency.

Coaching became something that I loved and I loved that I had the ability to make a true impact on the lives of others. The more challenge groups I ran, the more customers got results, saved marriages, and created confidence in others, the more I wanted to give my all to my groups and improve them. I wanted to help even more people and also grow and work on myself.
                                   

Challengers Results - Best Feeling EVER! 

As a stay at home Mom it can be Isolating. It's one of the most rewarding jobs and a blessing to be able to stay home with your children but it can also be lonely. Running my challenge groups and becoming a coach allowed me to interact with other adults through out the day I was also able to help end the trend of obesity, add positivity to the world, and help support my family financially.

After about 6 months into the business I started getting the hang of running my own challenge groups and really dove into learning the business side of things. I began running new coach trainings, doing weekly team calls, creating training videos, and teaching the new coaches on my team how to successfully start their own business and do exactly what I did. Helping my coaches was just as rewarding as watching my challengers reach their weight loss goals. It felt awesome to see my coaches succeed with inviting others to their challenge groups and sharing their journey with others. It felt even better getting messages from them about what they were able to do for their family with the extra income that was earned. 

I really did build my business from my kitchen table while my girls were sleeping. I would wake up early to get my workout in and check in with my challengers. When it was nap time I would log on to the computer and crush out my power hour of work, and then after I put the kids to bed I would do a little more work until bed time. I didn't want to sacrafice my kids time and wanted to be the best Mom that I could. I found my perfect balance and was able to have the best of both worlds. Of course it took some sacrifices but I wouldn't change one thing! This opportunity has truly been a huge blessing to me and my families life!

The Team Beachbody Rankings are out, #96 has my NAME!!

The last few months have truly been a whirlwind of emotions!! My team is seriously, ON FIRE! The moment we got back from summit we have been NON-STOP, FULL FORCE!! Gets me excited and gives me butterflies. They are pretty much AMAZING! There are a few announcements that I haven't had a chance to blog about yet that I want to share with you. I have some EXCITING news! 

There are over 200,000 Beachbody Coaches in the Organization and out of all of them I am ranked #96. What does that mean!?!? It means I'm doing something right!! LOL and I have a pretty amazing team of leaders. 

I truly believe that I am in the top 100 for a reason!! I know a lot can change from month to month  but for right now I'm pretty darn excited for my teams growth. I have faith that we are doing some pretty amazing things here on Team Fit Fighters. This leads me to believe that this growth is not going to stop anytime soon. The energy and excitement with in my new coaches and in my new coach group gets me out of bed every morning. The fact that I have built this team of highly motivated individuals that want to grow and learn themselves and are also truly dedicated to helping others transform their lives is truly a blessing. 

 I believe that first and foremost it is about helping other people.  It's not about the money.  Yes, the money is nice but it's not the driving force.  I believe that when we work hard to help other people be successful we are rewarded.  I believe that it is my job to help other people lose weight, get healthy and truly be the best version of themselves they can be.  I do this through my monthly challenge groups.  I help people with the fitness and clean eating challenge groups and I also do ones that just focus on clean eating and Shakeology. This allows me to get to know each of my customers and work with them on an individual basis.  This increases their chance for success because they are accountable to themselves, to me and to the others in the group.    

I believe in the power of teaching.  I truly believe that being successful means that you teach others what you know.  I would not be where I am today unless I worked with my team.  It's not an easy road to success.  The good thing is that you don't have to do it alone.  The good thing is that you have me as your sponsor coach to tell you exactly how I did it!  On the Dream Team we do not re invent the wheel instead I run 60 day new coach camps in which I teach you the basics about growing your business.  I do this through small groups so that you get the 1:1 attention that you deserve.  Each coach is an individual and we identify your own personal goals and what you hope to achieve. Then together we reverse engineer that goal and determine what steps it will take each day to reach it!  I will give you all the tools that you need to reach your success no matter how small or big!

So I have a vision and a goal for where I see my future with Beachbody.  My goal is not to stop anytime soon!  My goal is to continue to offer support, motivation, accountability and leadership skills to my team.  I am continually doing this through personal development and team calls.  I want my team to have the best leadership and a team that they are proud of!  My vision is to create and add value in their lives each and every day!  I'm excited for where the rest of the year is going to take us!  I promise it will be amazing!!!

I would of never imagined that 22 months ago I would be making the best decision of my life.  I have met some of my best friends through Beachbody and I have found a way to put my talents and skills to good use.  Not only can I be a positive impact on those around me but I can earn a sustainable income on my own.  Beachbody has given my family the freedom to go on vacations, live without worry of how we will pay the bills, and the flexible spending to enjoy life.  The source of many arguments in our marriage has been removed due to the income that Beachbody has provided.

Have you ever personal considered becoming a Beachbody Coach or know someone that has?! Most of you follow me on here for fitness tips, clean eating recipes, and to follow my own personal journey BUT did you know that I actually get paid a really good income for what I do daily?

Did you also know that I don't actually have a degree in nutrition

I'm not actually a personal trainer

I am not certfied 

But I DO have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management that I have yet to use. I earned my degree while staying home with my two girls.

2 years ago I was on the hunt for a program that would help me lose the baby weight and get back to where I was before my second daughter. I committed to TurboFire, an online challenge group, Shakeology, and Clean eating. In 90 days I lost 35 pounds. I completely transformed my self physically and mentally. Not only that but my families nutrition and my loved ones around me. 

I couldn't contain my excitement, love for clean eating, and loved helping everyone learn the same information I had learned over the past 90 days. I felt amazing, had more energy, and looked amazing. 

My coach came to me about coaching and I told her, "no". It wasn't something I had thought about or even considered. Just didn't sound like something for me. I didn't believe in myself, didn't think I was good enough to help others, and didn't have the confidence to put myself out there. After a few months, I decided I wanted to keep Shakeology and I knew that Military was able to sign as a coach for FREE and I only wanted to use the 25% coach discount. I had no intentions of coaching others or running my own challenge groups. One day I decided to just put myself out there and see where I could go, 18 months later - I've gone from a discount coach, hobby coach {{sharing my love for health and fitness}}, to a VETERAN {{2 Star, Premiere, Success Club 10 All Star Coach}}. 

We went from a family with several credit cards to a family with ZERO Credit Card Debt and several vacations paid for in full {{One completely paid for by Beachbody.}} Because of my hard work and effort to helping others reach their fitness goals I was able to take my husband on a cruise paid complete by Beachbody and we were given $1,000 extra spending money. With that I bought him a new watch and we took some amazing extrusions in Mexico. 

We are able to maintain are nice lifestyle and still pay off all of our bills at the same time. Bills we thought would take much longer to pay off or we thought we were going to have to make some sacrifices to pay off. 

I couldn't be more grateful. I'm able to stay home with my girls, make my own hours, work when I want to work, take off when I want to take off. I can set goals and then create a plan to reach them. 

I have the power to make this a part time job or a full time job!! I am my OWN CEO! I make the hours, I sleep in when I want, I go on vacation when I want, and am able to do whatever I want each and everyday. I determine my income. I LOVE my job every single day. 

The more time I put into my business the more I am rewarded! I seriously ask if this is for real, daily!! I can't believe it sometimes. 

I know that it sounds totally crazy and too good to be true!! Honestly, it's NOT! I would of told you the same 18 months ago. I would NEVER lead someone down a road that led to a dead end. If you read my blog regularly and follow me you know that i'm genuine and would never let you down. 

If you want to know the truth - YES, I worked hard to get here!! But I can tell you it was 100% worth it. It feels good to be confident and feel happy in my skin, I love that i'm able to stay home with my girls and contribute to the family, I love that I'm able to show my husband what I'm able to do when I put my mind to something, I'm able to pay off bills, take my family on vacations, and most of all the feeling of helping others, and leading my own team. 

As a leader I'm not able to develop trainings, programs, and pass on systems to help my coaches advance, increase their learning curve, help them develop an income and leadership skills, and grow their own team of coaches. I am VERY close and engaged with the new coaches on my team. I speak with them daily and spend almost all of my time with the new coaches on my team who are just getting up and going. help enough people achieve their goals and dreams you will achieve yours!

I seriously have to pinch myself from time to time and ask myself "is this really happening to me?" 

I lived my life as the victim for many many years, always thinking the world was against me, and living in a very "half empty" world. I realized that the more I thought like this .... the more it EXPANDED.

     

Once I started BELIEVING, GROWING, and always working on helping others my whole world turned around.

Below is just my ONE week paycheck for the first week of April of my Team Beachbody Business in 2013 and 2014. How would you like over a 50% raise in just a year of working your DREAM JOB!?!? I seriously can't believe that I slaved away writing papers and doing assignments to get my degree .. only to find out that my future job would never require it.

I always thought that once I earned my degree that I would go out in the world and look for a job, I was excited about it, but was also sad about leaving my Brooklyn with a sitter all day.

                

I craved for the adult attention, like most stay at home Mommas. I felt isolated, alone, in a rut, and was really looking forward to getting out of the house but one thing was on my mind ... leaving my Brooklyn behind. 

Just months before finishing my degree this opportunity landed in my lap.
I had just finished my first Beachbody Challenge, lost 35 pounds, and was asked if I ever considered becoming a coach? Ha, this opportunity NEVER crossed my mind. I didn't feel cut out to coach others, I wasn't where I wanted to be in my personal journey, felt I still needed to work on myself, wasn't confident, and didn't believe in myself ... so I declined and only signed up to get a discount on my products.

I was introduced to our amazing team online, even though I was only signing up to get a discount, and soon realized how positive and uplifting these individuals where. November 2012, I decided to give this whole "coaching" thing a whirl. With little hopes and not a lot of confidence, I shared my experience with beachbody and why I loved the products. I worked on myself, inspired others thorough my personal journey, shared my recipes, encouraged others to "squat" with me or do some "crunches" in my crunch a thon and before I knew it, my business {{if you can call it that}} boomed.

I'm not saying it was always easy and it certainly didn't happen over night. There were times of trial and error, sacrifices, and lessons to be learned {{like everything in life, right!??!}} But OHHH ... has their been GROWTH!

However, NOTHING WORTH HAVING COMES EASY!! <---- Told myself this EVERYDAY over this last year. 

I saw the VISION, I saw a happy family that was able to give more, take more vacations, and pay off bills. I saw people's lives CHANGING right before my eyes, I saw pounds lost, confidence built, and marriages saved.

I BELIEVED in the PLAN .. So, I DID IT!! 

I DO NOT post this kind of stuff, I have a REASON!! It would be selfish not to share this kind of information with you. There are some of you out there that are hanging by a string, praying for a miracle, and in need of an opportunity like this. 

It took someone SHOWING me that this was POSSIBLE, so now i'm SHOWING YOU! I'm all about PAYING IT FORWARD. This was on my heart for a little while to share this with you. 

These last few months have totally blown me away... I seriously can't believe that this is MY JOB and that I actually make really good money doing what I LOVE!! 

So .. now i'm asking WHY NOT YOU!?!? 

What kind of LIES are you telling yourself right now!? What makes you think that you can't do this too?
