I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and an Associates in Elementary Education!! I am an Army Veteran, I lived in South Korea, Fort Hood Texas, Exmouth Australia, and Pearl Harbor Hawaii. I've been a stay at home mom for over 6 years!! 

My goal was to finish school while being at home with my girls. I joined the military to get my schooling paid for and used my GI bill to complete my BS degree online while taking care of my infant and toddler. BUT the lord had different plans for me ... Beachbody came in to my life when I was search for a way to loose weight after having my second baby girl. I really wanted to learn about clean eating and create a more healthy lifestyle for not only me but also my family. Guess what ... it worked for me! I never quit because I saw the MOST results EVER! I use to slave away at the gym before having my second child but NEVER got the kind of results I did after completing my first Beachbody program. I lost 35 pounds, I completely changed my lifestyle, I connected with other woman who shared the same interests and struggles, and I was held accountable. I knew that this needed to be shared with others who struggled just like me. 

I didn't even want to be a coach!! I didn't believe that it was something that I could do. I thought to myself "no one will want to follow me" ... "who is going to listen to me" .. "how will I find people" ... "I have no clue what i'm doing". So I only joined to get a discount on my monthly Shakeolgoy. Then one day, something spoke to me. I decided to give this whole thing a shot. I saw the potential in the business, the impact it was making on others lives, and the friendships that were being formed with in the team. I knew that I wanted to be apart of that. So I just started helping people every single day! I didn't have an agenda in mind but to share my journey and inspire others. 

I was consistent, I stayed focused, dedicated, and disciplined in growing my business in between nap times, school work, I got up early, and stayed up late. I really dove into how to be a better mentor, coach, person, friend, leader and as a result I have built my business into making over 6 figures a year. I don't consider this a JOB .. I consider it my PASSION! I get to support others daily, up lift them, help people transform their bodies but also their finances.

Team Beachbody Leadership Retreat!

About a month ago I had the honor of attending the Team Beachbody Leadership Retreat with the top leaders of the company. Oh and the cool thing was that I had my room completely paid for and an additional $350 travel cash. I didn't do anything special to earn this, I just did my job. Showed up daily, helped my challengers get results, and mentored my team to duplicate what I do daily. The retreat was in a BEAUTIFUL resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and I was seriously blown away with how beautiful for this place was. I was in complete shock that I was even there, with some of the BEST people in the world, with an amazing company who truly cares about giving back to their coaches. Seriously feels surreal every time I attend one of their events. They always go above and beyond. 

This event is done yearly at a different place every year for 2 Star Diamond and above and have qualified by earning a certain amount of Elite points. Being a 2 Star Diamond Coach means that you have successful sponsored 2 of your Personally Sponsored Coaches to Diamond Rank. The training is all about networking, and providing the leaders of the company with advanced training to grow our businesses, manage our time effectively, communicate with others, and expand our market. We also get pretty cool insights on new programs coming out and trainings that are provided. The retreat is 2 days packed full of seminars with top notch speakers sharing their tips on success, celebrity workouts, and mingling parties in the evenings where you get the time to get to know the other leaders in the company. If you have never been to the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale, I highly recommend it. GORGEOUS is an understatement. 

This was the FIRST year that I qualified to attend this event and I felt so BLESSED to represent my team and show them that this is totally possible for them to do next year. If I can do this ... So can they and I'm going to show them how. 

The first night there, I was in total relaxation mode and was just trying to explore the place. It was so huge. We got their a day early so that we could have some down time. The best part was meeting up with my life long friend that I met through this amazing coaching opportunity. I seriously am so blessed to have such a beautiful friend who just gets me. We met on the Beachbody Success Club Cruise Trip in March and every since then have hit it off.

I know that this is only the tip of the iceberg for my team. I am leading this path and showing them the way to success. If I can make it to leadership they can too. I want them to know that and believe that. I'm not different than anybody. I'm a normal mom, with dishes, laundry to fold, and errands to run. I know that next year I will have at least 5 of my personally sponsored coaches with me at the Leadership Event. That's my goal and next year I will dedicate myself to helping my coaches earn this trip because I know how much it meant to me to go this year and how much it is WORTH it. 

Friday morning we woke up to a workout with Autumn Calabrese doing her new workout program that will be released in February 2015 called 21 Day Fix Extreme. It's the next step after doing the 21 Day fix program if you want to take it to the next level.

I love exactly what it stands for. They stand for integrity. They don't want to just create a bunch of products full of CRAP or that don't work but WE hold a true mission statement. To help FULFLL and improve the lives of others. To end the trend of obesity. We have wonderful values and along with that an amazing business structure. We are able to help Beachbody fulfill this mission as a coach each and everyday by running challenge groups, new coach trainings, and leadership trainings. 

Goals are created to fulfill to this mission statement. 

After our workout it was time to head in for some trainings given by the top coaches of the company and some celebrity speakers they brought in for us. We also got to hear about the new programs that will be released in the next 6 months.

After some amazing sessions through out the day, an awesome lunch that Beachbody Provided for us, and a great workout that morning, it was time to get ready for a night of mingling. It was seriously the cutest little party. They even had a Donkey set up for us to take pictures with and some amazing appetizers. They know how to make us feel loved and spoil us.

The next morning we woke up to another sunrise workout with Autumn Calabrese. She always knows how to kick our butt and make us SWEAT! Love her live workouts.

             It's always a good time with these people! We understand each other, we are the 5 % who are "WEIRD" and like to go against the flow. We follow our dreams and we know we are made for much more. When it's time to put our heads down and get to business we do what it takes but when it's time to be goofy we totally know how to do that too :)

Another awesome thing Beachbody rewarded us with was some wear and share. They came out with some new gear for every time you hit a new rank in the business and they gave us the gear for our rank in cute little gift boxes that had our names on it.

So do you want to know what I learned for this experience!?!? 

That I am never leaving this company and that I am LOYAL to them and plan on being around for a long time coming. I love everything that they stand for and love representing a company that holds a strong mission statement. A company that wants to help us succeed in our businesses and honestly believes in the products that they deliver. For the next 2 months of this year I am dedicating all of my time to not only help people get in the best shape of their life but help every single one of my coaches succeed and achiever their personal goals. I want to give all of my time to my team and my challengers!! I want to bust my butt to help others feel fulfilled. 

This whole thing isn't just bout ME it's about WE as a team!! I love Team Fit Fighters! Next year in California we will have at least 5 Team Fit Fighter coaches if not more. This is only the beginning for us. Together we have built an organization that is PASSIONATE about helping others and have built our team to #70 out of over 200,000 coaches. That means something! It happened because we put other peoples needs before our own. 

These next few months i'm putting my head down, pencil out, paper ready and creating some systems to increase my coaches growth in their business and decrease the fear and anxiety that may come with this business in the beginning. No frustration -- I got your back!!

I was a discount coach for about 2 months before I realized that I was ready to go all in because I KNEW that this was going to completely change my life. 

We were never living pay check to pay check but being a single family income and living overseas in Australia and now Hawaii didn't leave us for much money left over. The tickets to go back and visit family are expensive and once a year our savings is drained to purchase plane tickets.

The Team Beachbody Rankings are out, #96 has my NAME!!

The last few months have truly been a whirlwind of emotions!! My team is seriously, ON FIRE! The moment we got back from summit we have been NON-STOP, FULL FORCE!! Gets me excited and gives me butterflies. They are pretty much AMAZING! There are a few announcements that I haven't had a chance to blog about yet that I want to share with you. I have some EXCITING news! 

There are over 200,000 Beachbody Coaches in the Organization and out of all of them I am ranked #96. What does that mean!?!? It means I'm doing something right!! LOL and I have a pretty amazing team of leaders. 

I truly believe that I am in the top 100 for a reason!! I know a lot can change from month to month  but for right now I'm pretty darn excited for my teams growth. I have faith that we are doing some pretty amazing things here on Team Fit Fighters. This leads me to believe that this growth is not going to stop anytime soon. The energy and excitement with in my new coaches and in my new coach group gets me out of bed every morning. The fact that I have built this team of highly motivated individuals that want to grow and learn themselves and are also truly dedicated to helping others transform their lives is truly a blessing. 

 I believe that first and foremost it is about helping other people.  It's not about the money.  Yes, the money is nice but it's not the driving force.  I believe that when we work hard to help other people be successful we are rewarded.  I believe that it is my job to help other people lose weight, get healthy and truly be the best version of themselves they can be.  I do this through my monthly challenge groups.  I help people with the fitness and clean eating challenge groups and I also do ones that just focus on clean eating and Shakeology. This allows me to get to know each of my customers and work with them on an individual basis.  This increases their chance for success because they are accountable to themselves, to me and to the others in the group.    

I believe in the power of teaching.  I truly believe that being successful means that you teach others what you know.  I would not be where I am today unless I worked with my team.  It's not an easy road to success.  The good thing is that you don't have to do it alone.  The good thing is that you have me as your sponsor coach to tell you exactly how I did it!  On the Dream Team we do not re invent the wheel instead I run 60 day new coach camps in which I teach you the basics about growing your business.  I do this through small groups so that you get the 1:1 attention that you deserve.  Each coach is an individual and we identify your own personal goals and what you hope to achieve. Then together we reverse engineer that goal and determine what steps it will take each day to reach it!  I will give you all the tools that you need to reach your success no matter how small or big!

So I have a vision and a goal for where I see my future with Beachbody.  My goal is not to stop anytime soon!  My goal is to continue to offer support, motivation, accountability and leadership skills to my team.  I am continually doing this through personal development and team calls.  I want my team to have the best leadership and a team that they are proud of!  My vision is to create and add value in their lives each and every day!  I'm excited for where the rest of the year is going to take us!  I promise it will be amazing!!!

I would of never imagined that 22 months ago I would be making the best decision of my life.  I have met some of my best friends through Beachbody and I have found a way to put my talents and skills to good use.  Not only can I be a positive impact on those around me but I can earn a sustainable income on my own.  Beachbody has given my family the freedom to go on vacations, live without worry of how we will pay the bills, and the flexible spending to enjoy life.  The source of many arguments in our marriage has been removed due to the income that Beachbody has provided.

There is a saying that says if you 

help enough people achieve their goals and dreams you will achieve yours!

I seriously have to pinch myself from time to time and ask myself "is this really happening to me?" 

I lived my life as the victim for many many years, always thinking the world was against me, and living in a very "half empty" world. I realized that the more I thought like this .... the more it EXPANDED.

     

Once I started BELIEVING, GROWING, and always working on helping others my whole world turned around.

Below is just my ONE week paycheck for the first week of April of my Team Beachbody Business in 2013 and 2014. How would you like over a 50% raise in just a year of working your DREAM JOB!?!? I seriously can't believe that I slaved away writing papers and doing assignments to get my degree .. only to find out that my future job would never require it.

I always thought that once I earned my degree that I would go out in the world and look for a job, I was excited about it, but was also sad about leaving my Brooklyn with a sitter all day.

                

I craved for the adult attention, like most stay at home Mommas. I felt isolated, alone, in a rut, and was really looking forward to getting out of the house but one thing was on my mind ... leaving my Brooklyn behind. 

Just months before finishing my degree this opportunity landed in my lap.
I had just finished my first Beachbody Challenge, lost 35 pounds, and was asked if I ever considered becoming a coach? Ha, this opportunity NEVER crossed my mind. I didn't feel cut out to coach others, I wasn't where I wanted to be in my personal journey, felt I still needed to work on myself, wasn't confident, and didn't believe in myself ... so I declined and only signed up to get a discount on my products.

I was introduced to our amazing team online, even though I was only signing up to get a discount, and soon realized how positive and uplifting these individuals where. November 2012, I decided to give this whole "coaching" thing a whirl. With little hopes and not a lot of confidence, I shared my experience with beachbody and why I loved the products. I worked on myself, inspired others thorough my personal journey, shared my recipes, encouraged others to "squat" with me or do some "crunches" in my crunch a thon and before I knew it, my business {{if you can call it that}} boomed.

I'm not saying it was always easy and it certainly didn't happen over night. There were times of trial and error, sacrifices, and lessons to be learned {{like everything in life, right!??!}} But OHHH ... has their been GROWTH!

However, NOTHING WORTH HAVING COMES EASY!! <---- Told myself this EVERYDAY over this last year. 

I saw the VISION, I saw a happy family that was able to give more, take more vacations, and pay off bills. I saw people's lives CHANGING right before my eyes, I saw pounds lost, confidence built, and marriages saved.

I BELIEVED in the PLAN .. So, I DID IT!! 

I DO NOT post this kind of stuff, I have a REASON!! It would be selfish not to share this kind of information with you. There are some of you out there that are hanging by a string, praying for a miracle, and in need of an opportunity like this. 

It took someone SHOWING me that this was POSSIBLE, so now i'm SHOWING YOU! I'm all about PAYING IT FORWARD. This was on my heart for a little while to share this with you. 

These last few months have totally blown me away... I seriously can't believe that this is MY JOB and that I actually make really good money doing what I LOVE!! 

So .. now i'm asking WHY NOT YOU!?!?

Going from being a Stay at home Mommy to living my passion and dreams as a Mentor and Leader!!

It's almost Friday!! I'm sitting here at 11:34 pm with my little 2 year old, Brooklyn watching Mickey Mouse Christmas!! My MIL and my babies Grandma was visiting the last 3 weeks and they both got so use to her and sleeping with her that now my little one is battling me at bed time. Tonight she went to sleep for about 1.5 hours and was crying by 10pm and just would not stop. So here we are night number 2 up together past her bedtime watching cartoons. Oh it's the little things!! 

As this year is coming to an end, lately I've been taking the time to sit back and reflect on the last year of my life and how much things have changed. I just sit back and think about every little event that has occurred in my life to make me the person I am today. Have you ever just looked back at things that occurred that you just didn't understand but then later in time they all seem to make sense!?!?  Like puzzle pieces coming together to make a masterpiece. 

I started out as a normal person military wife, two beautiful babies, and some extra baby weight that was bringing me down in all areas of my life. I felt insecure, ugly, unconfident, and just horrible in my own skin. I hated going through a closet of clothes and not having anything fit. So this time I googled clean eating, found an amazing challenge group I could be apart of while living all the way in Australia, and instead of QUITTING like I do with everything else, I FINISHED and was down 35 lbs in 90 days. I know with out a DOUBT it was because of the daily accountability, the ability to learn how to eat clean, be motivated by others, and surround myself with such positivity daily!! 

I was in amazement at how awesome this program worked even though I was half way across the world I still felt like I was apart of something. I was able to check in daily with my group of amazing ladies who became my friends and feed off of each others motivation. This was FOR SURE something that needed to be made known to others around me. How could I not shout this out to everyone around me and share the amazing results I received from this system. Not just physically but mentally I was a different person. 

At first I was a little insecure about being a coach and sharing this journey with others. I didn't think I would be good enough so I signed up only to get a discount on the products. After being introduced to our amazing team and feeling inspired I knew that I could do this!! I was ready to help others get the same results I did! I was ready to let go of that fear and share what I had learned. So I let go and decided that I was ready to give this Beachbody coaching thing everything I got. 

I watched a video similar to the one above and thought this was way to good to be true. There was no way that I was going to "SALE" anything! I'm not like that!! I just want to help people! However, I knew that the tools to helping people were these programs and Shakeology!! It's changed my life and I know it can change others. 

When I started coaching I wasn't 100% happy in my skin, I didn't feel like i was "fit" enough, and I knew nothing about social media or how to create a Facebook group. I was clueless but I decided that each day I would get up with the intention to learn a little bit more and focus on just helping people. 

So this brings me to TODAY .... 

Today I am a successful Diamond coach with over 50 coaches on my team, I'm # 157 out of 130,000 coaches in the company, I've crossed off some pretty amazing goals like having the ability to take my husband on an all inclusive vacation cruising to Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Cozumel in march 2014, attend summit last year with an amazing team!! I'm so excited for what my future holds for the next year. All of this has happened in just ONE YEAR! I am JUST like you ... I am a MOM, HOUSE WIFE, SISTER, and FRIEND!! The only thing that makes me different is I chose to take my life and turn it into something EXTRAORDINARY!! I chose to take this life I live and DREAM BIG .. Take it to the LIMIT!! I have the same 24 hours in a day that everyone else does. I just learned how to prioritize, organize, and focus on my goals. No, i'm not always perfect at these but I wake up each day with the same determination to set my dreams on fire and watch them burn.
